Find ease through weekly in person group classes that target your body’s needs

We emphasize safety, alignment, and form so that you can get lasting results and feel great from start to finish.

All classes are held at 38 SW Cutoff in Northborough, MA

Back-Ease Wednesdays 9-10am

Stability & Balance Fridays 9-10am (starting March 6th)


Membership Packages

Consistency creates results! Commit to four or eight classes per month and get our best rates.

Back-Ease

Treat your back with the care it deserves! Through deliberate stretching, strengthening, and release techniques, you will learn to achieve lasting pain relief, prevent future discomfort, and avoid future injury. You will develop flexibility, mobility, and strength that will enable you to feel better in your body and mind and live with more ease. Class sizes are limited to ensure individualized attention. Classes are held in person on Wednesdays 9-10am.

Single session of Back-Ease at a drop-in rate ($25/class)


Stability & Balance

Improve your balance and feel more confident and stable in your body! This class uses strengthening movements, yoga poses, and targeted coordination exercises to develop a stable base and improved balance. The gains you make in this class will enable you to avoid falls and enjoy your activities and/or workouts with more confidence and ease. Classes are held in person on Fridays 9-10am.

Therapeutic Yoga for Shoulders & Hips (coming soon!)

Discover the power of your shoulders and hips! These large joints are often the sneaky culprits for discomfort elsewhere in the body. Through yoga and movement targeting mobility, strength, and balance, this class helps improve how your shoulders and hips move and leads to better overall movement patterns throughout your body. Classes will be held in person; days/times TBD.

Chair-Ease (coming soon!)

Develop mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility using a chair! This class combines seated yoga poses with standing options , as well as strength-centered movement. Through clear cueing and lots of choices to make your practice work in your body, you will discover movement that feels great and gets results, without the need to get down to the floor. Classes will be available over Zoom; days/times TBD.
